Delivery & Wholesale
 
Now for the boring stuff - Please read this section carefully before placing an order. We would just like to make everything clear so there are no misunderstandings regarding delivery issues later on.
For retail orders (under 2kg in weight) we charge a single fixed price for shipping worldwide by registered airmail based on the total weight of the order. The cost is £1.20 per 100g, so for example a bag weighing 500g will cost £6 and a bag weighing 800g will cost £9.60 to ship anywhere in the world. Once posted deliveries usually take between 7-14 days however this is really dependant on the efficiency of the postal services. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery does take longer to arrive as it is really out of our hands once it has been posted. Should any items go missing we will do everything we can to trace the item and refund payments when the item is deemed to be genuinely lost. We just ask for your understanding and patience should this happen as once again it is beyond our control. Having said that we do find that most items arrive in good time and often quicker than stated. We generally ship our orders 2-3 times per week, and restock at least 1-2 times per week so if your item is currently out of stock we should have it ready and sent within a matter of days. In all cases we endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. If an item should become temporarily unavailable and you are not able to choose an alternative from our extensive product range then we will immediately refund your payment. Also please note that your personal details entered into the website in order to complete the ordering process are treated as strictly confidential. We do not pass this information on to any third party or use it for any other purpose than to complete the order. We just ask you to take care in entering your details correctly, particularly your full postal and email addresses as this will help us contact you should there be a problem with your order. Also please note that all orders are shipped by registered post and deliveries must be signed for at the receiving end so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the order during regular postal service delivery times.
For returns we will refund your payment in full once the item is returned to us in perfect re-saleable condition however the return postage cost must be covered by the customer.
We are also only able to replace genuinely faulty goods within one month of purchase.
For wholesale orders we offer very substantial discounts on our listed retail prices. We are able to work with any size of order but would expect a minimum of 30 pieces to qualify for our wholesale prices and will look to offer greater discounts on larger orders. As order size and requirements vary greatly from customer to customer we just ask you to email us your order enquiry and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with availability, shipping options & prices. The more information you can give us to start with the easier it will be for us to answer your enquiry. At the very least we will require a detailed order list of items & quantities and where it is to be shipped to. Also please note that the items displayed on the website are mostly for Inretro retail purposes only. In all cases we will try to make wholesale orders as close to your request as possible but we do ask you to allow for some flexibility with regard to colors and logos due to products availability at any one time.
For shipping we generally offer the following options based on the total weight of the order :-
Door-to-door services :-
UPS (3-5 days) no maximum weight
Thaipost EMS Express Delivery (3-5 days) - up to 20kg per box
Thaipost registered airmail (7-14 days) - up to 20kg per box
Thaipost sea/air/land (approx 1 month) - up to 20kg per box
Thaipost surface (approx 2-3 months) - up to 20kg per box
Freight services :-
Sea/Air cargo - ask for details - this is only applicable on wholesale orders with a total weight of 45kg+ (approx 60-70 bags) for air-cargo, or the requirement of a 1 cubic metre container (can hold upto approx 200-250 bags) for sea-cargo. Please note that there are also additional handling costs when received into your seaport/airport. We recommend that you contact your appropriate cargo handling departments for information regarding this before you make your order. The shipping prices we charge do not include these additional charges as we simply do not know what they are. We also recommend that you collect your shipments as soon as possible after arrival in order to avoid paying unnecessary storage costs at the receiving port/airport. For all shipments, we will provide you will full freight/tracking details and an authorized Certificate of Origin for the goods. Please note that we do not charge VAT however import VAT may be applied for wholesale orders by customs & excise when received into your country. We as the supplier are not liable for this charge and all such charges must be paid by the receiver. We recommend that you contact your countrys' import & customs department for further information.
