Retail orders
 
Please read this section carefully before placing an order.
All shipping costs are calculated automatically by the total weight of the order and it's destination location.
Please choose the correct destination from the options given at order check-out and the website will do the rest.
The customer is responsibe for providing the correct personal and delivery details when completing the checkout process.
Any information that is provided is treated as strictly confidential, is not passed on to any third party
or used for anything other than to complete the Inretro order process.
All retail orders are shipped by Thaipost registered airmail and require signatures on receipt.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable delivery address for their order.
Most deliveries usually arrive within 14 days from shipping date however please allow one month
before reporting a non-delivered item. For non-delivered orders we recommend checking with your local postal depot
before contacting us in case the item has been returned there as non-delivered.
Inretro cannot be held responsible for any failures of the postal services but we will do everything we can
to help resolve any outstanding delivery issues should they occur.
We kindly ask our ITALIAN CUSTOMERS to be especially patient as deliveries to Italy do seem to take longer than
to most other countries. During order checkout please also note the specific postal rates for Italian customers only.
We endeavour to process and ship our orders as quickly as possible.
Likewise, if there are any problems regarding the order we will also contact the customer as quickly
as possible and ask for a timely response in return. Please remember - we are here to help !
We will accept returns and provide a full refund once the item is received back in perfect re-saleable condition
within one month of purchase. We are also only able to replace or refund genuinely faulty goods within one month of purchase.
