Wholesale orders
We offer a comprehensive WHOLESALE ORDER service for many of our products at substantially discounted prices compared to the listed retail prices. Just send us an email or give us a call asking for our latest WHOLESALE ORDER SHEET. We will do all we can to provide as many of the products as possible but customers must be aware that stocks are limited and all items are subject to availability at the time of order. Some flexibility regarding products and ordering will always be much appreciated and most helpful in getting orders completed and shipped in a timely manner.
Shipping method is entirely up to the customer. We are happy to offer advice, suggestions and prices per order based on total weight/capacity, delivery location, speed and so on. As a rough guide ; fast and convenient is expensive, slow and inconvenient is cheap. The most common shipping options are as follows :-
Door-to-Door services with approximate delivery times :
UPS (3-5 days)
Thaipost EMS (3-5 days)
Thaipost registered airmail (7-14 days)
Thaipost economy SAL (1 month)
Freight services with approximate delivery times :
Air-cargo (3-5 days) - minumum shipping weight of 45kg ie. approx 60-70 standard size bags Sea container (25-30 days) - minimum of 2 x cbm container ie. approx 200-250 standard size bags
Please note that there are additional handling/clearing costs at the when receiving airport/port.
Please contact your appropriate cargo handling departments for further information if necesary.
For all shipments we will provide tracking numbers and necessary shipping documents including authorized Certificate's of Origin when applicable.
Please note that we do not charge VAT however import VAT may be applied at the receiving country.
In all cases these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
